I have made a website that I hope everyone can access it directly, not access via goo.gl. That is, I do not allow anyone to shorten my website address by using goo.gl.
Some URL shortener website (like tinyurl.com, bit.ly, etc.) cannot be shortened by goo.gl. If you type those url, the Google will say, "This URL cannot be shortened. Please try another one." or "Unable to create short URL."
And I hope my website URL can also be prohibited by goo.gl, just like the URL shortener website above.
For example,
http://redwh.al/ is a URL shortener website I have recently built. If I type this URL on goo.gl, the shortener will shorten this website URL. But this website is also a URL shortener and the URL should not be secondarily shortened by goo.gl.
