可是查詢帳號 沒有購買紀錄 查詢訂單又有我的訂單
已經發貨的訊息 所以我寫信詢問了客服
客服回答我
As explained in the previous e-mail your order, 46089906, was shipped
out to you on July 29th, 2014. The "Status CLOSED - ORDER FULLY SHIPPED"
means that your full order was shipped from our warehouse and that no
items were canceled or placed on backorder status.
As your order has just shipped, the tracking number is not available
yet. We need to allow some time for the tracking number to upload into
our database. Please contact us back within the next 2-3 days and we
will be happy to provide you with your tracking number for your shipment
at that time.

請問這應該是什麼意思呢? 如果我想詢問帳號沒紀錄為何訂單會有
跟如果不能買可不可以幫我取消交易該如何打呢?
