任何藥物一天不得吃超過2000mg ,然後這個一粒有500mg

Google了一下 這應該不算藥品 是健康食品一份=4顆膠囊 一天吃2~3份不過一份內含200mg caffeine，如果一天3份就600mg感覺有點多建議用前先問問專業醫事人員吧
