有鑑於，以往聽到的鍊條壽命都是
"阿就調練器調到底就該換啦"
每台車調練器長度都不一樣...
"阿就鍊目卡死就該換啦"
阿盃的車機油塗那麼多用到死也不會卡住....
"阿就看起來鬆鬆的就該換啦"
這.........
所以一直以來都不知道到底要如何去評估鍊條的壽命逊後來看到ER6的手冊，才發現確實有明確的方法去評估鍊條壽命的

大意如下
1.在鍊條下方掛上10公斤的重物
2.測量上方鍊條，20目之間的距離
3.超過323mm以上的話，必須更換鍊條
以上 DID520 114目 鍊條為標準
‧ Remove the chain cover (see Swingarm Removal in the
Suspension chapter).
‧ Rotate the rear wheel to inspect the drive chain for damaged
rollers, and loose pins and links.
If there is any irregularity, replace the drive chain.
Lubricate the drive chain if it appears dry.
‧ Stretch the chain taut by hanging a 98 N (10 kg, 20 lb)
weight [A] on the chain.
‧ Measure the length of 20 links [B] on the straight part [C] of
the chain from the pin center of the 1st pin to the pin center
of the 21st pin. Since the chain may wear unevenly, take
measurements at several places.
If any measurements exceed the service limit, replace the
chain. Also, replace the front and rear sprockets when the
drive chain is replaced.
