今年2月英國新車銷售量為8萬4886輛,較去年同期成長14%
也是20年來二月份數據表現最好的一年,企業購買電動車是銷售得以連續19個月成長
的主因。
2月電動車銷售表現依然亮眼,其中混合動力車輛銷量增長12.1%,其市佔率略微下降
12.7%,插電式油電車銷量成長最多,增幅29.1%,市佔率7.2%,純電動車銷量則上升
21.8%,占二月份銷售量的17.7%。
目前電動車銷量成長歸功於政府推出的企業獎勵措施,也因許多消費者擔心電動車成本過
高、電池壽命和充電站普及性等問題,個人用車迄今為止僅佔新純電動車銷量的18.2%,
SMMT表示,缺乏提振消費者購買電動車需求的減稅措施,可能會阻礙電動車轉型之路
儘管消費者不需要為其他減碳排技術如熱泵和太陽能板支付增值稅,但私人電動車買家仍
需支付20%增值稅,新電動車增值稅減半能讓買家在首次購買時平均省下4,000英鎊,但根
據SMMT的說法,對財政部來說,這比在2022年取消的插電式汽車補貼還少。
此外, 由於明年的車輛稅收調整,絕大多數的純電車買家將因汽車奢侈稅而多付1,950英
鎊,而公共充電者則需支付20%增值稅,足足是家中充電者的四倍之多。
SMMT秘書長Mike Hawes認為,本週預算案如能通過這三重稅收減免,相信能在三月銷售旺
季,提振電動車購買需求,同時減少碳排、促進經濟,打造更快速、更公平的零排放過度
期,加速英國轉型電動車之路。
原來,英國個人消費者買電動車的人佔了17.7%中的18.2%
