今天在日本amazon使用郵局VISA購買了商品,但訂單卻被取消了,
隨後amazon寄來一封信告訴我無法驗證我的卡片,要我傳真資料或
回信附上電子帳單的檔案,內容要有卡片相關的地址電話和姓名。
但有疑問的是,郵局VISA是直接寄給我電子帳單對帳,但上面並沒
有地址等資料,所以我回信是直接附上檔案即可還是要在信件中補
上自己的地址等資料?而郵局的電子帳單PDF必須要輸入密碼才能開
啟,是不是需要另外把PDF的內容擷取成影像檔?另外地址和amazon
上所填的不同也沒關係嗎?(amazon上的是轉送用的地址)
