緣由: 兩天前在海外網路下了一筆訂單,
之後頁面出現"booking problem",
打到國內信用卡公司, 確認交易授權碼已經產生,交易成功
打電話到國外交易平台去, 對方說訂單明細都有
要我等確認信...遲遲等不到,
又寫了email, 對方回信:
"we haven't put the payment on booking"
　要我再打一次電話 so that we may use the authorization code from
the web to put your payment onto the booking"
請問: 這樣的訂單到底完成了沒?
如果我不完成這個動作, 款項仍然會支付到對方手上嗎?
