如題，九月下旬去了一趟歐洲
在機場退稅刷玉山的JCB（負項，即所得）
回國後看到帳單，該筆退稅歐元，先換成日幣，再換成台幣
匯率奇差無比
前一天用同一張卡刷另一筆（正項，即消費），就是歐元直接換台幣
打電話去玉山，玉山說那是退稅公司的問題，跟他們不相關
玉山說若是刷visa和master就會歐元直接換台幣了
我去查了一下global blue的網頁FAQ，是我的英文有問題嗎？local currency不就是台幣
有人也吃過這虧嗎？

4.3 I want to choose credit card as preferable refund method. In which
currency will I receive my refund?
Global Blue supports these credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Amex,
JCB, CUP.
If you want to receive your refund to Mastercard, Visa, and Diners, your
credit card will be credited in the currency, in which credit card is issued.
If you want to receive your refund to JCB and CUP, your credit card account
will be credited in your local currency.
In case of AMEX credit card, it will be credited in British Pounds (GBP).
AMEX will make conversion to the currency in which your credit card is issued.
If currency of your bank account differs from the currency in which Tax Free
Form is issued, the current “we sell” rates of a recognized European Retail
Bank plus 3 - 5% will be implied for the currency conversion.

2016-10-11 23:16:00Global Blue 的官網不就擺明跟你講了, 退稅會退成你信用卡原來發行的幣別. 在 FAQ 的另外地方也有寫, 這服務會有額外的價差 (先跟你講明了, 以免你去吵)不過, 你怎麼知道是換成日幣再換成台幣 ? 信用卡帳單上怎麼顯示的 ?

2016-10-11 23:20:00說真的 Global Blue 這公司真的很死要錢啊, 退稅比率低就算了, 最後還給你來個強迫 DCC, 而且還是超差匯率的DCC.能把帳單這筆項目貼出來借看一下嗎 ? 沒用 JCB 給GlobalBlue 退過稅

2016-10-11 23:44:00有一點文字遊戲,本來你的JCB帳戶用台幣也就是當地貨幣啊只是他沒說先轉成日圓，可能像JCB, AMEX國際組織不支援DCCGlobal Blue自己先DCC成另一個外幣(JPY GBP)在交給卡片組織轉

2016-10-12 03:41:002月義大利退稅刷華銀超現jcb，帳單也是顯示日幣，金額不大就算了。刷卡退稅匯率都很差，有時也沒得選擇，聊勝於無。
