開開心心在十二月初就選定了ungrid福袋
殊不知這是災難的開始......
看到陸陸續續開獎的ungrid福袋，覺得裡面的內容物真的是太讓人傻眼的爛了！
看到ungrid官方說可以退 於是我就跟購買的乖連絡
在1/5日說我願意支付代買費 可否幫我退貨
可是乖的回應 真的非常的慢......(這中間他居然還有發福袋文在fb，但沒回我）
兩天後，也就是1/7日，乖說可以退，但是要支付兩趟運費
也就是日本運到台灣跟台灣運回日本～
我猜想福袋應該已經回到台灣了吧　＝　＝
看到他的訊息後我也回他，那總共要支付多少錢呢？
他說晚點跟日本確認　之後到現在就完全沒消沒息了......
看來我只能自立自強了 所以我昨晚就打了一封英文信給ungrid官方
內容如下:
Dear Ungrid:
I am a customer from Taiwan. I asked a purchaser to purchase your happy bag
from Japan.
However, it turned out to be a disaster. Now, I have to pay the freight
cost(from Japan to Taiwan & from Taiwan to Japan)if I want a return.
I wonder if it possible for you to bear the loss.
Please reply in English.
