大家好 本人在10月16日從亞馬遜日本下訂一本書 而書是從一間叫RAREWAVES-JP寄送的
10月18日出貨後 系統顯示預定11月9日送達
但一直沒收到情況下在11月12日寫了信過去問
對方回信表示會再重寄一次書過來 同樣也是出貨後的9~21天會送達
現在有一個問題是 對方還表示如果我有收到2份包裹 請通知他們
這樣有點麻煩在於 假設到時候如果真的收到2本 是不是還要退還1本過去
這樣實在是有點困擾 畢竟是對方的問題
變成是換成我有這個義務要處理 而且又不是國內寄件這麼容易....
不曉得有沒有人也遇過類似情況呢? 若發生該怎麼處理比較好?
