Hello Costco,
I bought a Kitchen tool with NT 879 on Nov. , 2014 at the Costco
of Dashun , Kaohsiung in Taiwan. ( Address:No.111, Dashun 1st Rd.,
Gushan Dist., Kaohsiung City 804, Taiwan ) It's not useful and i
got hurt from it so i put it in my cupboard and never used it
again.
I would like to refund it on Oct. 28, 2016 at the Costco of Dashun
, Kaohsiung in Taiwan. The duty manager told me that I could not
refund it because their refund policy is 30 days ago. I told him
about the refund policy on white board behind the manager. Why did
you not write refund's term on white board ? He said they don't
need to write all policy on it but i searched refund policy on
websites of Costco US even TW . Your refund policy all did not
include refund's term. Why did the Taiwan manager use his opinion
on Costco refund policy and refuse me to refund.
Unfortunately, their deputy manager came there and told me that i
couldn't refund it with tone discrimination. How can Costco allow
your staff to tell your customers with this kind of manner even he
is a deputy manager ? I think i were not the only one treated in
Kaohsiung in Taiwan. The stores of Costco in Taiwan usually have
their own opinion on refund policy.
May I know how Costco return policy works exactly?

wanted to refund , i needed to agree his words that i cannot
refund again when i bought something for long time.
