目前有一票預計出往肯亞LCL，TERM:CIF
由於我司出口產品為車用霧燈，肯亞當地清關需要COC文件。
我司近日於SGS申請此文件時，SGS窗口通知” 海運散貨進口商須找到認證之集貨者(KGCH
A證書)”並附上以下內容:
If your client decide choose LCL sea shipment then please provide below inform
ation for importer to contact member of KGCHA
Please be informed and take note of the below instructions from KEBS:
- Exporters with LCL may either use shippers who must be members of Kenya grou
page cargo Handlers Associations-KGCHA. Or Container can still be sealed even
if the goods do not fill the container.
Please provide below Link to importer, after importer contact one of the memb
er of KGCHA then you can start apply this case, thanks.

疑問:
如貿易條件為CIF之下，我司配合的承攬貨代在肯亞當地之代理需要有KGCHA證書才能進行
清關嗎? 還是….?
雖有針對此疑問再詢問SGS窗口，但僅得到 此為肯亞散貨規範，再麻煩請進口商找到認證
之集貨者。
不曉得版上是否有其他前輩操作過類似案例，可以幫忙解惑一下~ 謝謝!
