【工作職缺】
Legal Manager
【工作內容】
1.Timely and accurate construction of all commercial agreements,
with right clauses and terms to ensure legality and protection of
company’s interests
2.Co-ordination with Chief Legal Counsel where appropriate
3.Filing and safe keeping of all original and executed agreements
4.Meeting with business partners and clients
5.Attending international meetings and assist in event coordination
6.Preparing legal and cross checking of financial reports
【徵求條件】
1.2+ years of working experience in senior management position
2.International experience
3.Bachelor’s Degree or above in law from English speaking country preferred
4.Experience in China and a good understanding of Chinese business culture
is a plus
5.Previous working experience and knowledge in Sports & Media industries
is an advantage
6.Excellent communication skills
7.Self-motivated, creative, open minded, efficient and result oriented
【工作地點】
Ban Ciao, New Taipei City, Taiwan
(with local and international travel requirements)
【工作時間】
9:30~18:00

【薪資範圍】
55,000起~80,000(主要會依照經驗敘薪)
