Responsibilities:
Research activities:
-Understand clients' needs and requirements
-Identify prospective sourcing companies and candidates;
industry study and market information
-Make cold calls to target companies, identify and qualify candidates,
candidate's organization chart, get CV, arrange interviews for consultants
-Information sourcing and retrieval, in addition to knowledge management
-Case coordination and related administration work
Data collection and database input and maintenance
