<Roles & Responsibilities>
- Create and implement Ad campaigns, content and online advertising to
engage new and old fans of Royal Elastics and convert traffic into sales for
Royal Elastics online store.
- Collaborate closely with online store team.
- Create, curate, adapt, and manage content for social media postings.
- Analyze data and know how to use it to make informed decisions.
- Test new strategies, new content, and new campaigns to constantly
iterate and improve content promotion efforts.

<Preferred Qualifications>
The Royal Elastics Team is looking for a Social Media Coordinator with proven
expertise and at creating and implementing social media ads, engaging new and
old fans and to convert traffic into sales for Royal Elastics online store.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, curious and highly competent
communicator, well organized, and able to develop and implement plans for
marketing. The candidate needs to be disciplined and able to work effectively
without direct supervision. The candidate will work closely with the online
store team.
<Qualifications>
- 3-4 years of professional work experience.
- Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms
such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn as well
as Google Analytics and online advertising. Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
- Must be fluent or native English speaker with excellent writing and
communication skills. Speaks basic or intermediate Mandarin.
- Is able to communicate and interact with Western fans (mainly Americans,
Canadians, and Australians) with mutual cultural understanding and liking.
- Preferably a fan of sneakers or fashion.
- Exceeds at building and maintaining relationships, online and off.
- Is a team player to work with team members spontaneously (i.e.: content
development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation
management.)

0900 - 1800 through Monday to Friday
【月休】
DAYS OFF: Sunday and Saturday (2 full days per week)
