【工作職缺】
QA Assistant/officer (產品品質助理/主任)
【工作內容】
-To support all aspect of the product quality complying with BAT standards
(FPI, SMD operation, PI&T, consumer hotline, etc).
-To maintain strong working relationship with Taiwan Tobacco & Liquor Fongyuan
and Taipei factories for on-shore production and quality assistance.
-To maintain and consolidate all the reporting to ensure the report output
with accuracy & quality
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Manage hotline agency to ensure the process of capturing consumer feedback on
product quality and also conduct monthly performance review with agency.
-Support product quality management, including monthly defect product
inspection and record, sample testing arrangement and quality issue handling.
-Proactively assist TTL production and quality management to ensure TTL
Fengyuan production computation, timely improvement to MQI/PQI performance and
PDT performance.
-Maintain and ensure the accuracy of monthly quality reporting.
(monthly CoCo, RQA, Q2 & PDT dashboard, and consumer complaint report)
-Support and maintain Smoking Panel in Taiwan market.
【徵求條件】
-College graduate in Science, Engineering or related, with 1 year of FMCG
Quality experience preferred
-Good communicator, self-motivated and ownership spirit.
-Knowledge and understanding of company business operating processes
-Knowledge of PC operation.
-Fluent English & Mandarin is required.
