【工作職缺】
長期約聘專案助理
【工作內容】
1. Assist project team to facilitate project implementation tasks and customer highlighted issues resolving to achieve project milestones
2. Assist project team members for internal company activities and work flow
3. Customer acceptance process tracking and documentation preparation
4. Support project manager to communicate operational guideline and policy
5. Vendor management document support and subcontracting payment processing
6. Support to control and report project materials inventory and usage
7. Support project team to maintain customer relationship
8. Site-by-site roll out status daily/weekly/monthly reporting and communications
9. Team building activities coordination

1. Working experience 2+ years
