- Recruit, train and manage your own team
- Analyze your market and determine your commercial policy
- Propose the products and services offering of your department
- Develop your department business performance and profitability
- Provide targeted commercial offers and ensure accurate stocks levels
- Provide high-end service quality and self-informed layout to increase your customers’ satisfaction and loyalty
- 在商場內獨立負責一個部門
- 訓練，徵才並負責管理部門銷售團隊，使其設立產品行銷策略
- 與團隊一起在賣場內工作，以最佳陳列與服務迎接我們的顧客
- 達成你部門的營業額.毛利額.支出及盈利目標，制定相應的商業活動及計畫
- 幫助團隊員工達成個人職業發展目標並一起創造賣場最大利益

- Freshly graduated from university with or without previous experience, you’re passionate about sport and are seeking a managerial role.
- You’re ambitious, dynamic, have a high sense of responsibility and developed organization skills.

-Fluent in English, French will be a plus

-英文聽說讀寫流利，具法文能力者尤佳
-熱愛運動，經常從事至少一項以上的運動
-腳踏實地、活力、有團隊精神及責任心，並且對工作要求嚴格
-有詳盡完整的個人職業生涯規劃
