【工作職缺】 Credit Manager
【工作內容】
1. Lead Underwriting team to execute high quality standards for each new credit applications. Periodically provide on-job trainings and analytic feedback to underwriters for continuous improvement & development.
2. Establish & update local underwriting guidelines to be line with global credit rules & product rules and meet business needs.
3. Ensure efficient & effective Underwriting process in line with scorecard development to deliver best customer experience with good acquisition quality.
4. Lead Wholesale Operations to continuously improve efficiency via automation & process optimization.
5. Ensure accuracy of WS transaction with MBTw & dealers.
6. Ensure to lead the team to achieve internal BSC & OP targets.
