【工作職缺】
Commerce Manager
【工作內容】
Responsibilities:
1.Managing, growing and developing eBay’s emerging strategic merchants in
various verticals
2.Coach and deliver value to strategic merchants to optimize their business on
eBay through ability to analyze data and provide customer insights, market
research, category trends and best practice
3.Understand merchant business and needs in order to build strategic growth
plans
4.Collaborate with TSAM Manager on supporting business and revenue growth
objective
5.Ensure eBay TW business objectives are met through data and market analysis,
project planning and execution
6.Creating, managing and presenting performance reports within the team

Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with at least 3-year Account/ Project management
experience (PMP certification is a plus)
2.Preferably at least 2-year relevant experience in e-Commerce and online
trading
3.Strong passion and working knowledge of how eBay works from a seller
perspective is absolute an advantage
4.Energetic, accountable, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work
under pressure and deliver results
5.Acute sense of online market trends and customer needs with strong analytical
mind
6.Outstanding communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking and
attention to details are perquisites
7.Familiar with Taiwan’s main exporting industry (example : fashion, P&A,
electronics………………)
8.Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in
Mandarin is preferable
9.Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
