【工作內容】
1) Advise and assist customers to resolve situations raised / experienced
by them on products and services specific to the project for which assistance
is requested
2) Provide support and assistance in using products and services
3) Take / record / resolves inquiries, complaints and claims and provides
answers to customer following predefined management requests received
specific to the channel of communication
4) Maintain the database comprising details of all interactions and the
most frequent questions / situations encountered. (article creation)

1) Excellent communication skills both oral and written tailored to the
caller
2) Ability to synthesize and analyze information in relation to customer
requirements, and to provide viable solutions;
3) Orientation towards customer satisfaction, amiable attitude in customer
service and efficiency in solving the problem;
4) Ability to work independently without supervision and guidance continue
to be flexible in terms of pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
