【工作職缺】 Sales Consultant
【工作內容】
1. Provide talent management product expertise and solution advice to
clients and prospects.
2. Primarily manage business development by telephone.
3. Analyze portfolio and develop plan to prioritize activity to maximize
revenue for the assignment and create value for customers.
Include a client retention strategy.
4. Create and implement a prospecting plan.
5. Build effective individual relationships with multiple HR functions
and levels within accounts.
6. Acquire and leverage account and industry knowledge to uncover
opportunities.
7. Develop sales strategy and client response. Interface with delivery
or solution group consultants when required to configure best
client-focused solution. Conduct presentation or product demo
(majority by telephone or via web) and develop discussion paper
or proposal.
8. Develop and execute negotiating strategy and secure contract with client.
9. Assist client with scheduling certification and ordering of materials
and/or transition project to delivery consultant.Partner with delivery
resources to ensure customer satisfaction on all projects.
10. Sustain and enhance client relationships promoting a high level of
client satisfaction.
11. Identify key contacts to target through marketing initiatives and
drive attendance or participation.
12. Prioritize follow-up and development of inquiries and leads
provided by marketing.
13. Gather and share competitive intelligence with team and DDI.
14. Limited travel.
15. Screen sales call before assigning the prospect to the respective AE.
16. Follow up with prospects for missing information (after BDM
submit proposal to prospect).
17. Prepare contract and service agreement.
18. Handle Global referrals.
19. Research and update client information.
20. Send out Fact Sheets, course-at-a-glance, researches etc. to client.
21. Obtain pricing information from Marketing (T) drive.
22. Follow up client requests.
23. Notify consultant the type of materials to be used in training
or workshop.
24. Prepare quotation.
25. Provide Customer Service Group(CSG) a copy of completed
quotation (if materials are required).
26. Arrange for workshop logistics (except CSG part).
27. Arrange with customers to send back all unused materials.
28. Check with customers on details when issuance of invoice
(or Fa Piao) is concerned.
29. Follow up on the 2nd workshop (if there are back-to-back workshops).
30. Prepare agreement (after completion of public workshop or receive
order from clients)
31. Send information to CSG whenever there is an order.
32. Billing: Send quotation and other documents (if any) to Finance
Manager or CSG for billing.
33. Update and maintain CRM and scheduling system.
34. Generate and manage sales reports.
