●Team Building & Leading
　○ Collaborate with overseas departments to develop strategies and plan
　　promoting APP products
　○ Organize manpower, define team members’ job descriptions and recruitment
　○ Find and maintain Influencers’ relationship
　○ Internal team knowledge update and establish training system
●Marketing Solution Development:
　○ Collaborate with Central Administration Management Department to
　　communicate with content marketing and negotiate with Influencers on content
　　marketing and pricing
　○ Regarding with target group, based on the direct sales model, finding new
　　seed business users in different business stage. Giving training and
　　incentive program.
　○ Evaluate new advertising methods and new partner recommendations
● Resource integration collaboration:
　○ Evaluate external resource strategic partners and establish new models:
　　including Influencers’ relationship maintenance and data analysis, … etc.
　○ Training external businessman resource and providing resource with
　　assistance
　○ Integration of internal cross-departmental resource: including internal

● Recruitment arrangements and liaison, on-board process implementation;
● Familiar with the IT Industry, especially in Internet software
　development, gaming development industry, and have network to find the talent.
● Familiar with the Internet network platform such as LinkedIn. Which can
　initiate to search, and asking for further interview

● Fluent English speaking and listening. Having both Chinese and English as
　native speakers is a plus.
　It is Better to have working experience with European and American people.
● Using variety of English social platform tools and familiar with social
　media networking;
　○ Heavy users between online community like Facebook / IG/ YouTube.
　　With highly enthusiastic in online content marketing.
　○ Willing to research the overseas web community which may contains adult
　　erotic.
　○ Regularly tracking internet celebrity KOL List
● Having brand digital marketing capability and related experience
● +3 years working experience in online marketing.
　Especially internet celebrity marketing and Word-of-Mouth marketing (WOM(M)
　operation experience
● Understanding direct sales mechanism. Experience in participating direct
　sales companies is preferred
● Capable in network and computer software like Word, Excel. Understanding
　G-suite. Experience in using Slack collaborative software
● Familiar with digital data and who have experience in data tracking after
　advertising
