Event Supervisor (contractor)
【工作內容】
Major Responsibilities:
1. Understand requirements for each event
2. Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
3. Book venues and schedule speakers
4. Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
5. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
6. Hire personnel
7. Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
8. Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
9. Evaluate event's success and submit reports
10. Act quickly to resolve problems
