【工作職缺】
短期產假/育嬰留停職務代理人(6/17-12/6)
【工作內容】
1.Answer, screen incoming calls and redirect calls in a professional manner
2.Receive, verify and announce visitors appropriately
3.Provide general support to visitors
4.Assist and administer courier requests, submit and reconcile courier
expense reports
5.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
6.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling
access via the reception desk (identify visitors, issue visitor cards, etc.)
7.Manage IT supplies in the Front Desk, eg. IT cables and adaptors
8.Assist in office facilities maintenance, liaise with landlord service
center when needed
9.Assist visitors in travel arrangements if necessary (visa/car arrangement,
etc.)
10.Assist in ordering office / pantry supplies and stationery, submit and
reconcile related expenses
11.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing and
document binding
12.Manage and monitor conference room booking system
13.Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of office space
14.Monitor cleaning lady’s job performance (1 cleaning lady)
15.Coordinate part-time associate (PTA) job assignment
16.Manage vendor invoices on monthly basis
17.Work closely with Taipei Office Manager to organize and execute office
events, such as weekly Friday lunches, and other ad hoc events
【徵求條件】
1.Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years office administration working
experience in professional firms or MNC
2.Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
3.Exceptional communication skills
4.Mature, presentable, cheerful, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful
and friendly
5.Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with cross levels
of staff
6.Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
7.Team player
8.Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure

【工作地點】
台北市信義路五段7號61樓
【工作時間】
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm (include 1.5 hours lunch break)
