[業務助理工作內容]
1. services existing accounts and obtains orders;
2. recording and tracking sales and order information, entering figures
into ERP or computer system;
3. communicate with other departments to ensure stock levels
are well maintained;
4. preparing export documents;

1. services existing accounts and obtains orders;
2. gathering markets, customers, and competitors' information;
3. representing company at trade exhibition and events;
4. recording sales and order information, entering figures into ERP or
computer system;
5. gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
6. feeding future buying trends to sales team.

1. computer use competency;
2. communication and interpersonal skills;
3. self motivated and driven;
4. BA/BS degree or equivalent;
5. detail oriented;
6. fluent in English is a plus;
[工作地點]
桃園八德市介壽路二段
[工作時間]
周一至周五
08:00-17:20
10:00及15:00 休息10分鐘
12:00-13:00 午休時間
周休二日
業務需要出國參加展覽或者出差拜訪客戶，每次為期約兩周
每週工時超過40小時，請寫加班費
