【工作職缺】
人力資源專員
【工作內容】
- Execute recruitment for office junior staff and follow up with on boarding
process for all employees
- To propose alternative solution to improve staffing efficiency
- Exit Interview for field staff (sales and service staff)
- Maintain employees' records (personal files, vacation days, sick days,
employee contract agreement)
- Organize documents into proper filing categories
- Execute and manage compensation and payroll along with outsourced payroll
company
- Handle employees' welfare and benefits issues
- Handle employee's health and labor insurance and pension fund
- Comply Labor law and manage employee requests
- Support HR related meeting programs
- Serves as a link between the company and employees by handling questions,
interpreting and administrating contracts and helping resolve work-related
problems.
【徵求條件】
- Bachelor, B.A is plus
- At least 3 years of Human Resources full function experience in
multinational company is required. Familiar with labor regulations
- All offices software
- Good command of English
- Work independently with a "can do" approach to work

【工作時間】
周一至周五 早上九點至晚上六點

月薪$38,000-45,000元，依個人工作經驗調整
※行政院勞委會於108年1月1日起調漲基本工資為月薪23,100元
