【工作內容】
Mission for Operations Associate
To make sure our organization and management team can continue to grow, taking
on critical administrative tasks, event planning, and team coordination in Tai
pei.
This is what you’ll be tasked to achieve in this role
1. Ensure office administrative tasks and HR tasks are properly prioritized an
d successfully completed. These including handling payrolls, expenses, vendor
accounts, filing government papers, etc.
2. Assist the management team as an executive assistant for both company and p
ersonal tasks
3. In charge of planning and organizing Soda Labs internal and external events
to deliver the target results
4. Play the key coordinator role for our engineer, product and operations team
s
5. Cultivate our distributed team culture by supporting our global team member
s and continuously improving the work environment
【徵求條件】
These are the most critical competencies we’re seeking for in this role
- Language proficiency: Chinese (fluent) and English (fair/ intermediate-B2).
You should be comfortable using English in all four skills (reading, listening
, speaking, and writing).
- Organization and planning: Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an ef
ficient productive manner. Focuses on key priorities.
- Attention to detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks
or details a project
- Persistence: Demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get
things done
- Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the com
pany
- Flexibility / Adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and condi
tions. Copes efficiently with complexity and change
- Communication: maintains a high standard in both written and verbal communic
ation
- Have 1+ year of experience in an operations, administrative role or related
roles
- Having a university degree in relevant majors (Business Administration, Offi
ce Management, etc.) is a plus

【工作時間】
日班,每週一到五
每日工作時間:8個小時
【月休】
週休二日
【薪資範圍】
3萬-5萬
