【工作職缺】
財物會計
【工作內容】
1. Financial Accounting and Reporting
-Keep accounting books in line with Taiwanese GAAP (generally accepted account
ing principles) and requirements of National Tax Authority, and also ensure th
e compliance with accounting standard (IFRS) and Corporate Policies and Proced
ures.
- Assist monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close including preparatio
n of analysis and schedules necessary for the close.
2. Fixed Asset & Inter-company Transactions
- Ensure timely processing of fixed asset additions, disposals and transfers,
including liaison and coordination with CAPEX Manager in factory
-Monitor fixed asset related activities performed by FA SERVICE CENTER .
- Maintain list of fixed assets for external auditor.
3. Internal Control and Compliance and Tax Filing
- Ensure all information are maintained and filed in proper manner and accessi
ble for future tax audit. Offer regular trainings to end users on any latest c
hanges to the Global Operating Guideline as well as any revisions to local pol
icies and procedures.
- Assist in execution of internal control compliance and provide guidance to c
ultivate compliance culture within Group Organization.
4. Accounts Receivable
- Ensure timely processing of customer invoices and receipts
- Monitor accounts receivable related activities performed by Customer Service
Team/FA SERVICE CENTER and be the first point of contact for any transaction
related matters AR and VAT that Customer Service Team/FA SERVICE CENTER could
not resolve.
5. Accounts Payable
-Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payment runs for 3rd Party, I
ntercompany and
tax/government regulators.
- Monitor accounts payable related activities performed by FA SERVICE CENTER ,
and be the first point of contact for any transaction related matters AP and
VAT/WHT that FA SERVICE CENTER could not resolve.
6. Other
-Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years with multinational companies ideally in business and/or acco
unting area, or Big Four Audit Firms with an international client package. Kno
wledge in IFRS and Taiwanese GAAP.
- Fluency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP a
plus.
- Cross-functional communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving
skills.
