總機行政職務代理人(派遣至美商BCG)
【工作內容】
This position serves as the key support to the front desk and requires
excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin, professional telephone
manner, punctuality and strong sense of ownership. In addition, the
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is expected to perform miscellaneous
administrative tasks, and be able to work independently to maintain office
services at a high standard.
‧ Answer, screen incoming calls and redirect calls in a professional manner
‧ Receive, verify and announce visitors appropriately
‧ Provide general support to visitors
‧ Assist and administer courier requests, submit and reconcile courier
expense reports
‧ Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
‧ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling
access via the reception desk (identify visitors, issue visitor cards, etc.)
‧ Manage IT supplies in the Front Desk, eg. IT cables and adaptors
‧ Assist in office facilities maintenance, liaise with landlord service
center when needed
‧ Assist visitors in travel arrangements if necessary (quarantine/visa/car
arrangement, etc.)
‧ Assist in ordering office / pantry supplies and stationery, submit and
reconcile related expenses
‧ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, printing and
document binding
‧ Manage and monitor conference room booking system
‧ Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of office space
‧ Monitor cleaning lady’s job performance (1 cleaning lady)
‧ Manage and file vendor invoices on monthly basis
‧ Work closely with Taipei Office Manager to organize and execute office
events, such as weekly Friday lunches, and other ad hoc events

Qualifications and requirements:
‧ Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years office administration working
experience in professional firms or MNC
‧ Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
‧ Exceptional communication skills
‧ Mature, presentable, cheerful, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful
and friendly
‧ Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with cross levels
of staff
‧ Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
‧ Team player
‧ Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure

台北市信義路五段7號61樓
【工作時間】
0830-1800(include 1 hour lunch break from 12:00-13:00 and 0.5 overtime)
