【工作職缺】
IT Technical Service Specialist客服工程師
【工作內容】
1. Carries out day to day routine IT Repair, Application and Maintenance
instrument work.
2. Conducts pre-installation checks at customer’s facility and provides
recommendations to ensure installed IT system and related equipment is able
to function according to claims and functionality.
3. Installs IT system and related equipment at customer's facility to ensure
full functionality according to specifications.
4. Coordinates problem resolution with application and engineering, customer
service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.
5. Maintains records of performance reports.
6. Develops and conducts training on the safe operations of the IT system /
equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including team members,
customers.
7. Solve application / product / cobas IT problems promptly and completely.
8. Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager.
9. Interact with customers to resolve product or service problems by
clarifying the customer's inquiry and complaints.
10.Reporting and communicating problems with global service center of
respective BA to determine the cause of the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and execution of required
corrective actions.
【徵求條件】
1. 熟悉電腦及伺服器作業系統。
2. 基本電腦硬體知識、故障判斷及維修技能。
3. 基本網路知識及設定操作技能。
4. 解決實踐操作問題及各種突發事件。
5. 適應高壓,多變的工作環境,有良好的溝通和交際能力
6. 資訊相關背景
7. 有醫療產業相關經驗尤佳
【工作地點】
台北市中山區民權東路三段
【工作時間】
週一到週五,08:45-17:30 (中間休息1H)
