Business Development Manager for Facebook Gaming in Taiwan

[工作內容]
1. Work closely with gaming content creators in Taiwan to create exclusive
content for Facebook Gaming
2. Provide guidance, insights, and training to these content creators
3. Keep creators updated with games trends, new features, Facebook policies and
rules & regulations, etc.
4. Build and maintain a good relationship with content creators and serve as the
point of contact with game streamers to Facebook Gaming
5. Escalate streamers feedback and issue to technical team
6. Manage online and offline community events for streamers
7. Collaborate with a cross Asia Pacific team
[徵求條件]
1. Professional experience with video content creation on Youtube or Facebook,
direct experience managing Creators or Youtube talent are strongly preferred
2. Bachelor degree in any field, minimum GPA 3.3
3. Preferable have work experience minimum 2 years in Game industry or Game
company
4. Passionate about gaming, and active in either console, PC or mobile games,
and familiarity with game live stream such as PUBG Mobile, Mobile legends, Call of Duty, etc.
5. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
6. Comfortable in a multi-lingual, multicultural-Asian work environment
7. Able to multitask, self-motivated and work remotely with minimal supervision
8. People oriented and good manage of people

[特別說明]
1. 這個職缺會需要英語，因此還請投遞英文履歷，並且準備好英文面試。不過他們的整
個面試流程其實很快，就我們觀察只需幾天內就可以結束。
2. 再來，這個工作機會是在台灣的全職工作，且僅限台灣人，不過目前因為暫無台灣辦
公室，因此您可在全台任一地點遠距，在家上班或星巴克辦公皆 OK！
3. 薪資方面，這個會依您的經驗而異，因此才有此區間。Junior level 起薪可 5 萬以
上，senior則可 7-8 萬以上。無經驗也可。
4. 如上述提到，他們這次招募 2-3 人，並會依能力分別負責招募、培訓實況主、行銷等
工作。
5. 當您投遞後，會透過系統收到一份簡短問卷，內容主要是問您對台灣遊戲產業的了解
程度，只有 1 頁，但注意要於收到信的 24 小時內寄至指定信箱。
