【工作職缺】
Intern Lawyer
【工作內容】
The Intern Lawyer will be responsible for the following:
1. Drafting contracts and legal opinions, providing consultation on various
contract matters.
2. Handling IP (patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets) disputes,
including negotiation, licensing, and litigation in Taiwan and US
3. Conducting legal researches, drafting legal memos, pleadings and motions
for civil cases..
4. Drafting various investment and finance related contracts for funds VC
etc.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
【徵求條件】
1.Bachelor or Master of Laws.
2.Successfully passed the Taiwan Bar Examination.
3.Technical background or related experience preferred.
4.Proficient at English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.

【工作時間】
9:00-18:00，1 hour break at noon
