Growth Marketer
【工作內容】
We are currently looking for a Growth Marketer, directly working with our
Growth Advisor’s team in the US. In this role, you will be ideally a jack of
all trades, while supporting our portfolio companies around the world. What
you will gain is an opportunity to learn a skill set that will allow you to
1.start and scale your own business (if you desire to)
2.be able to manage your own clients.
We offer above-market salaries, and our offices are located in 台北 and 高雄.

【徵求條件】
● Have strong experience in paid ads (Google Search Ads, Facebook,
LinkedIn), analytics and attribution tracking, email marketing, copywriting,
a strong affinity for organization and process.
● Someone who is passionate about entrepreneurship and all things startup
+ tech. You spend your downtime reading about startups and have a grasp on
the lingo and funding process. You understand the difference between a
startup and a small business.
● You are obsessed to be the best at what you do. And what you do is
growth marketing.
● You have an “always be testing” mentality and understand that failure
is essential in learning ways not to do something and that it is inevitable
when it comes to growth.
● You are personable, can sell ice to Eskimos, while still practicing a
strong code of ethics.
● You understand that when working with startups as a marketer, the
primary role is to educate - not sell. If a startup is developing something
truly revolutionary, the market will validate it. You understand the meaning
of product-market fit.
