3.招募作業(邀約面談.安排會議)、員工到離職作業、行政庶務等
《Job Highlights》

《Main Responsibility》
‧Responsible for talent acquisition which includes end to end recruitment
process from resources planning, advertising, short listing applicants,
interview arrangement and new hire on boarding and orientation.
‧Delivering high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the
business, attend to any inquiries from the associates
‧Support Salary & Benefits analysis and administration, participates in
Survey activities
‧Prepare monthly payroll records and liaise with the payroll vendor team.
Manage all activities related to the timely preparation of payroll and
compliance to Taiwan statutory.
‧Support the People Lead on all aspects of people management in area of
employee relations ( support in terms of local laws and regulation)
engagement ( local facility and logistics), corporate culture and
organization development, communication in terms of People Agenda ( connect
with APAC Comms team) and employee services ( end to end employee journey).
‧Assist the People Lead to manage the human resources activities according
to the organization’s value, culture and in alignment with the strategy and
business plan.
‧Establish and implement policies and procedures as well as manage
disciplinary issues, employee’s grievance and industrial harmony.
‧Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements to
minimize liability and risks.

其他條件:
‧Possess at least a Diploma in Business or HR management related fields or
equivalent.
‧At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
‧Individual with HR Shared Services background will be highly preferred
‧Experience HR Information System management, exposure to payroll system and
procedures
‧Proficient in Microsoft Office.
‧Understands human resources information requirements and able to perform
data quality reviews & take corrective actions to ensure data completeness &
accuracy
‧Process oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, possesses
good organizational and inter-personal, communication skills and a dynamic
team player.
‧Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle confidential matters.
‧Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills including fluent
spoken English
