【工作內容】
業務助理
1. Maintains existing accounts and obtains orders;
2. Records sales and order information, entering the figures into the ERP or
the computer system;
3. Communicates with multiple departments internally to ensure that the stock
levels are well maintained;
4. Assists the team with administrative tasks and the preparation of export
documents;
5. Prepares sales reports to present to the sales team.
國外業務
1. Maintains existing accounts and generates new orders;
2. Collects markets, customers, and competitors' information;
3. Represents the company at trade shows and events;
4. Records sales and order information by entering figures into ERP or
computer systems;
5. Develops a thorough understanding of customers' businesses and
requirements;
6. Keeps the sales team informed about future buying trends;
7. Maintains effective and frequent communication with customers.
【徵求條件】
1. computer use competency;
2. communication and interpersonal skills;
3. self motivated and driven;
4. BA/BS degree or equivalent;
5. detail oriented is a must;
6. fluent in English is a plus.
【工作地點】
桃園八德市介壽路
【工作時間】
周一至周五
08:00-17:00
10:00及15:00 休息10分鐘
12:00-13:00 午休時間
月休八天 特休規範同勞基法
國外業務職位可能需要出國參加展覽或者出差拜訪客戶，每次為期約2-3周
每週工時超過40小時，請寫加班費
