影片中在訴訟內不停地與當地政府抗爭的藝術工作室

這間工作室的擁有者，曾經買了一台坦克車來放，當然按照影片中的景觀法律等問題
這馬上被當地的planning council拒絕。
（關於planning council我查了一下，比起議會更像是地區發展協會的樣子，滿複雜的）
可是他馬上搬出法律文件說有收到允許，結果，事情是這樣的:
他確實有向planning council提出要在該處設置坦克(tank)的申請並且被通過了
但上述機關以為他要放的是化糞池(septic tank)
所以他馬上指出，他把這台T-34放在這裡完全是經過申請且合法的行為
這台坦克也有自己的英文維基，裡面提到炮口還直接對準那個刁難藝術家的機關的辦公室

You didn't mention the best part!! The owner of the Antepavillion bought a
soviet-era tank and placed it on his property, to which the planning council
rejected. But, he had received permission for a "tank" (which council
officials assumed to be a septic tank) in that location. He moved the tank
and pointed it at the council offices, all entirely legally. It's bright
green with a bunch of bright art on it and it's called the Mandela Way T-34
