傳了幾個Dermatology的case跟病灶的圖片給我們，希望幫她做一些D.D.跟建議後續處置
但我們只是junior doctor，沒辦法給出很有用的建議，因此，在徵求她同意後

病史描述[From馬來西亞的醫師]
Skin lesion: 6x6.3 cm
5 monthes recently.
itch only, no pain
mild enlarge at the low back area

18y/o male, scar wound after fall down 4 months ago,
itching 3 months follow then until now.
She consulted my OPD this morning

2018-04-26 16:44:001. 我切過一樣的，一開始以為是seb. nevus, 後來切片是seb. keratosis2. 結節性癢疹?
1. pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia?
建議可以po到Figure 1上，會有很多高手（資深皮膚科醫師）給正解

2018-04-26 21:02:001.五個月長到6cm對benign lesion來說太快了, 建議切片r/o verrucous carcinoma, r/o SCC2.需考慮atypical infection例如leprosy or NTM, 另個想法是granulomatous dermatitis, 建議切片+culture

2018-04-26 22:59:00想法跟cute大接近+11.Bowen, ESFA, verrucous CA, SCC, warty TB, Chromo..要切2. eczema, scar sarcoidosis, leprosy, MF, etc --要切
