二、法術技能 5 hands 修改

不備份修改
snow hands 增加對 devil 有利的相關設定(比照 elf)
electric hands 增加對 dragonman 有利的相關設定
sand hands 增加對 devil 有利的相關設定(比照 elf)
dragonman 把 electric hands 練到 5000 以上可額外習得
thunder spell。
devil 把 snow hands、sand hands 練到 5000 以上可分別
習得 ice spell 及 earth spell。
