我大約4月20日左右在Aegean網站去claim這些哩程,然後約五月中旬成功跟UA要求移除
這些被UA搶走的哩程。
然後六月十二日收到Aegean的email:
We thank you for contacting the Customer Relations Department of Aegean and for
your preference to us.
Regarding your retro claim on BR17 , kindly be informed that the operating
carrier rejected the mileage accrual notifying that the miles are already
credited to another airline’s loyalty program.
We remain at your disposal for any further detail you may need.
