同tony大,收到了一模一樣的信。
所以死馬當活馬醫,反正都被拉掉了,不如再寫信去反應
(如果PNR依舊存活,依據dont call原則,理論上應該要繼續裝死)
卡達很貼心,幫所有被拉掉的乘客自動建立request表單,方便回應。
結果我message一寄出,馬上就收到制式回應,看來真的是掰了
但他們沒有說跟有無收到eticket有關,或者目前存活的,是否前景依舊樂觀(?)
但不無可能的是,卡達也許會對所有乘客機票票價顯示為零的都下手也不一定
Dear Customer,
The systems error caused the prices of a number of our flights and services
to be exhibited incorrectly during the booking process at zero cost (and in
some cases subject only to taxes and fees imposed by the Government). As you
will have noted you were not charged anything for the fare price.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage we
consider the system error and the incorrect pricing to be a mistake which
renders any transaction entered into as a result of such mistake null and
void.
We have therefore refunded (and/or are in the process of refunding) all
amounts blocked/collected as a result of the incorrect pricing and have
initiated an investigation to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to
prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
Once again we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
