I get my cues through hearing. Even when I read words, I mentally verbalise them. My behaviours are driven by sounds. Sometimes the sounds do not exist in reality. They are just in my head. They are shouting and screaming, telling me that I am not good.
If the compound interest is true, then I must have formed this habit since childhood. Someone kept giving negative comments on me or on others. The someone was my mother. I wish she could die and pay for her debt. I cannot get rid of thouse sounds. I have lots of hate in my heart. I resent this world. I resent people. I resent you.
