We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team and
contribute to multiple projects investigating the role of translational
regulation and post-transcriptional modifications in innate immunity and
virus replication. Our collaborative projects include studying multiple
viruses, with a particular emphasis on SARS-CoV-2 and Zika virus. Our lab
uses a combination of biochemistry, molecular virology, and cellular biology
techniques coupled with next-generation sequencing and proteomics to address
questions in virus-host innate immunity.
【工作內容】
RNA biology, molecular virology, and innate immunology
Flow cytometry, tissue culture of cell lines, mutagenesis and cloning,
overexpression and knockout assays, immunoprecipitation, immunoblotting,
qPCR, virological assays (plaque assays), confocal microscopy. Experience
working in biocontainment level 3 (BSL3) is preferable.
【薪資待遇】
依照NIH敘薪標準，第一年博士後研究員起薪56,484(USD)
