The apt is on the 2nd floor and will be great both in summer and winter.
It is cozy, clean and the neighbor is pretty safe (neighborhood are mostly
young professionals and young couples, no homeless or weird people hanging
around.) I have visited the house and like it very much.

地點非常好，特別適合Temple的學生或是在center city 工作的人。
我希望我的室友非常的愛乾淨，但不挑剔，對自己的行為負責，已經出來就該獨立，
拋棄掉那些在家裡的壞習慣（例如吃完東西不收，鍋子不洗，廁所弄濕弄髒不擦）
