Hello! Everyone!! I'm looking for a new tenant for the main bedroom in a
1BR/1BA apartment.
I am doing this for my roommate given I am about to leave PGH soon. The
length for the lease will be one year starting from this July till next
year's June. Of course you can prolong the lease . If you can't start the
lease at July 1st, you can come here anytime you want. My kind roommate, a
Taiwanese man, will cover the rent till you come and you dont have to pay.
For instance, if you come to PGH on August 15th, you just need to pay the
rent for the rest of 16 days of the month.
Its located on the intersection of Centre and Morewood (Shadyside) and is on
the 7th floor!
Features:
1) Near Buses (71A/71C/82) stop. One minute away. 15 mins to Pitt.
2) Supermarkets like Giant Eagle and Whole food are 10-15 minutes away by
walking. You can take the bus to there, only 3-5 minutes.
3) There's a gym in the building with wifi and TV!
4) Trash chute on every floor.
5) Parking space (optional).
6) With all furniture.(I will sell my furnitures to you. It's like the whole
package. Prices will be 150 dollars. All the stuff you can imagine. Perfect
for the new student)
The rent is $550 including water but not electricity. You need to prepare 500
dollars deposit for my roommate when you get here.
