下面這段取自University of Washington 對 SSN的說明："In order to issue a Social
Security number, the Social Security Administration requires evidence that yo
u are eligible to work in the U.S., that you are a full-time student, and that
you have received a formal offer of on-campus employment, or have been author
ized for off-campus employment through Curricular Practical Training, Optional
Practical Training, or Academic Training."
我想請問一下我是不是有理解錯誤，只要申請了OPT後，就算沒有offer 也就可以直接去
申請SSN嗎？因為特殊原因需要用到SSN所以在此一問，求有經驗的幫小魯解惑，謝謝。
