我想請問版上諸位前輩大大，我有美國身分所以可以參加三輪的申請，官方是說With U.S

e final March 1 deadline.，但學校的雙聯計劃只有中間一期
請問該用學校的雙聯計劃申請還是自己獨立申請呢？
