龍應台基金會2017年開始與奧地利歐洲論壇合作堆出獎學金計畫，2019申請時段又開始了，前聯合國秘書長潘基文以及其他世界領導者都有參與過歐洲論壇，一年一次的機會，我們希望從台灣找到5位30歲以下的優秀青年，截止日期是4月15日，希望訊息能觸及到更多人，讓適合的人找到我們，請大家協助宣傳，或趕快申請! 謝謝!
