50 ORNs 一對一連接 50 PNs 在不同的glomeruli
形成至少50個平行傳輸通道
ORN由一到兩個ORGs表達,以及在glomerulus中axon匯聚 而定義

ORN怎麼定義?
1. 看哪個ORGs表達
2. 看axon在哪個glomerulus中converge
PNs也是要看drite在哪個glomerulus
~60 ORNs & ~3 PNs在單一個glomerulus中形成幾百組synapses
重點: every ORN forms synapses with every PN to
convey the same type of plfactory information
PNs that project to the same glomerulus have indistinguishable
electrophysiological properties and olf responses.
=> seems like same glomerulus's PNs have same electrophysiological properties
and olf responses
=> Use single-cell RNASeq to establish the relationship between
1. Transcriptome
2. Neuronal cell identity
3. Development
