職缺: IT Manager
We are seeking an IT Manager to join our international support management team. This is a very active, and hands on role. This individual will ensure IT software applications (internal, external), infrastructure systems, and platforms for optimal support for our market.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain communications with all departments to ensure systems continually meet their expectations
Maintain close working relationship with Corporate IT Production Support Manager to ensure that issues are being addressed for future software releases
Manage and drive improvements for current IT systems and provisions including virtual office, website, call-center & phone systems, inventory management, and CRM programs (JDE).
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems, both hardware and software, for end-users and recommend and implement corrective solutions
Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to PC boxes, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, memory chips, CD-ROMs, and so on
Key qualifications:
Business fluent level English
Excellent technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware and software; including internal PC components
Extensive hands-on experience in a desktop support environment A MUST
Experience with phone setup, MS Office, basic networking, Active Directory, and basic printer functions
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Familiar with Jira, GIT,SVN, and Oracle technologies
薪資: 1-1.3M per year, depending on the past experience
每日工作時間: 9:00AM~6:00PM (八小時) 中午休息一小時
每周工作時間: 8*5=40
加班費制度: 比照勞基法
